Return & Exchange Policy
Return Eligibility

You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Please provide:

Photos of the issue, and

A photo of the shipping label.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Requests submitted after 24 hours cannot be accepted.

Important Note

Our products are handcrafted and thoroughly inspected before shipping.
If there is any problem upon arrival, it is considered a shipping/handling issue, not a product defect.
Therefore, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Return Shipping

All return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

We do not offer free returns under any circumstance.

Return insurance (if purchased at checkout) may cover your shipping fee depending on your insurance provider.

Do Not Return Without Approval

Do NOT send your package back to the sender address on the parcel.

You must contact us first to receive the correct return address and instructions.

Items sent back without approval will not be processed.

Refunds

Processing time after receiving the return: 5–7 business days.

PayPal refunds: within 48 hours.

Credit card refunds: 7–15 business days.

If the bank cannot process the refund, we may request a PayPal account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

All items are handcrafted, and production begins immediately.
Orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours of placing the order.
